Don Sahand is a Sydney-based Mixing Engineer & Music Producer. Since 2016, he’s been creating music that moves people—starting with local emerging talent in the Hip Hop & R&B scene.

Don has worked with ARIA-winning producer Peter Holz (Peking Duk / Gangs of Youth / Vance Joy) and trained under Grammy-winning mixing engineer Chris Lord-Alge (Green Day / My Chemical Romance / Prince), CLA provided Don the confidence and knowledge he was looking for to tackle on the music business. 

He’s also a vital part of the Quasar Music team as a recording engineer and co-producer. In 2025, he recorded rising country artist Kyla-Belle—Triple J Unearthed Artist of the Year—engineering her singles “Scars”, “Myself”, and “Sweetheart”.

Don has produced for Grammy-winning artist Daya, including “Paradise” by LMNT 115, as well as other dance hits that have reached millions of streams worldwide. His work has been broadcast on Triple J, Nova, The Edge, FBI, and more.

Beyond the studio, Don has performed live as a DJ and keyboardist, opening for Lil Jaye at Juice WRLD’s concert and touring with YIBBY at the Winston Surfshirt Tour.

Don continues to push the boundaries of mixing and production, combining technical expertise with a passion for creating music that resonates globally.
